Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid consulting engagements with Bytefieldcore. The website itself does not sell products online or process checkout payments.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered for prepaid consulting fees when cancellation occurs according to the timelines below and as stated in the relevant statement of work.

Timeframe

• Cancellation fourteen or more clear days before the first scheduled workshop: full refund of prepaid fees, less any non-refundable travel already booked with your written approval.
• Cancellation between thirteen and five clear days before the first workshop: fifty percent refund of prepaid fees.
• Cancellation fewer than five clear days before the first workshop, or after work has started: no refund of fees for work already performed; remaining unused prepaid days may be credited toward a reschedule within three months at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Approved third-party costs (venue hire, specialist datasets purchased at your request) and completed advisory deliverables already delivered in draft or final form are non-refundable.

Process

Email info@bytefieldcore.digital with the engagement reference, reason for cancellation, and preferred refund method. We confirm receipt within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Client-requested reschedules with at least seven clear days’ notice are accommodated once without fee. No-shows for booked workshop days are charged as delivered.

Work already started

Where discovery interviews or document reviews have begun, fees corresponding to completed hours or milestones are payable even if later phases are cancelled.
